The researchers in this theme aim at reaching a leading position in research into (1) health and wellbeing in the general and the occupational population, (2) the quality and effectiveness of the organisation of (transmural) care, and (3) the course of (chronic) physical and mental health problems in patients and the results of interventions; not only epidemiologic but also normative aspects are addressed. The researchers aim to disseminate this knowledge among governmental bodies, caregivers and patients.
